Boost Your Golf Workouts
A great way to boost your golf workouts is to add weekly high intensity interval training. High intensity interval training is one of the best things you can do to upgrade your fitness game. Although there are a number of models for how intervals may work, a good plan is to create a high intensity push for 20-30 seconds followed by enough rest to allow the hear rate to settle. For many this may be around 30-90 seconds. Continue this process for approximately 10 minutes. Be sure to consult a physician before engaging in any exercise program.
